7-day money back, and you keep the book.

How to ask for your money back

• Write to contact.simplifiedmedia@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Write from the email address you used to pay, or tell us which address that was.
• You do not need to give a reason.
• You get the full amount of that order back. For a bundle, the whole bundle is refunded unless you ask for something else.
• You keep the book. Nobody will ask you to delete it.

When the money arrives

The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe and Link. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.

After 7 days

Write anyway. If something went wrong with your book or your payment, it will always be looked at. This promise comes on top of any rights you have by law.

Questions about the charge itself

For a double charge, a receipt or tax questions you can also contact the payment support named on your receipt (Link or Stripe).
